ENPRO: VoPa

Fully integrated particle formation, growth and separation in a continuous pilot plant

VoPa is a sub-project of the ENPRO 2.0 project network, which emerged from ENPRO. The aim of the VoPa project was therefore to develop an integrated, modular apparatus concept for continuous particle production and separation. The combination of different unit operations (crystallisation, solid-liquid separation and drying) as well as a high degree of automation ensure great potential savings in terms of energy and resources. In addition, intelligent system control enables an increase in product quantity and quality as well as a targeted adjustment of particle properties.
